Complaints, Comments and Suggestions
We welcome suggestions or helpful comments about the running of the practice. If you have any comments, or a complaint, please direct it to a staff member who will pass it on to our Complaints Officer. If you do have a complaint you may wish to have a private discussion initially with our Practice Manager. Our complaints procedure conforms to the General Dental Council guidelines.
